The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) requests your assistance sharing the attached communication, ODPANN 22-107: American Rescue Plan (ARPA) Spending Deadline Extended. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) extended the ARPA spending deadline for states, adding an additional year through March 31, 2025.
