The Arc PA: We Need Your Input!

Good evening everyone!

We need your help!  Please lift your voice to share your perspective on changes made to help communities and individuals adapt to COVID, and challenges that remain to fair access to health care and health-supporting resources for people with disabilities.

It’s been almost 3 years since we published the COVID-19 Health Care Barriers Among People with Disabilities report. Since then, we’ve continued our work in supporting the disability community through COVID-19 and other emergencies by creating the Recommendations report and establishing the Disability Health Action Network.

We are now holding a round of listening sessions for both individuals with disabilities and professionals in the health care and disability fields.  Our goal is to understand and identify opportunities to better address the unique health care needs of the disability community. Our partners at Public Health Management Corporation will be holding a series of listening session for you to share your thoughts and experiences. Each session will last approximately 75 minutes. We look forward to presenting what we learn while keeping all names and details private.
