6/10/2021  9:10 AM – 10:30 AM Business as the Social Engine of America: Enhancing the Employment  Success of Individuals with Significant Disabilities through Supported  and Customized Employment Jennifer Todd McDonough, Project Director of the  Virginia Commonwealth University Rehabilitation  Research and Training Center on Employer Practices,  outlines the importance of supported employment  and customized employment programs for both  employers and employees.
