This VOH is designed to offer an opportunity for ODP providers to learn from one another and share experiences regarding helping individuals and families navigate the current pandemic.  We will facilitate discussion around how CtLC tools and resources that can be used to identify relevant integrated supports into people’s everyday lives.  We will also explore additional resources relevant to supporting individuals and families during these challenging times.  Please come prepared to share any strategies or resources that have been helpful for you as a supporter or for those who you support.
